Please allow 8 business days processing time for your order to be fulfilled unless otherwise stated on the product page.

5. Can I modify my order?

Please contact support immediately
if you need to modify/cancel your order info@mannatusa.com. We will use our best efforts to accommodate any changes. It cannot be modified once dispatched.

7. Additional shipping policies

The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with a delivery address entered incorrectly.


1. Can I be notified about your monthly drops?

Yes, please sign up on our VIP email list located in the footer of this page (at the very bottom) so you're the first one to know when we drop new items!

2. A piece I like is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

Items that will be restocked will have a "notify my when back in
stock" button you may use to be notified when we bring it back.

Please also be sure to sign up on our email list so you're notified
every time we drop new collection items.

3. Do you customize pieces?

All of our pieces are uniquely designed in-house by our Fashion Department and are meant to be worn in the way they are designed. For this reason we do not offer any alteration options or custom services. 

In order to keep our pieces exciting and exclusive, we release new drops every month, so be sure to sign up to our VIP email list.


1. How do I process return for damaged goods?

Any discrepancy in delivered items must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of purchase by WhatsApp us at +1(470) 642-6205 or email us at mannat.clothingusa@gmail.com. After our team reviews the product, customers will be offered an exchange with same product.

2. Refunds

We have a strict “No
Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds, in most cases, will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Customers will be credited for the cost of the article(s) and applicable taxes.

3. How will I receive my refund?

1- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for original purchase.
2- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
3- Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Sizing Information

1. Do you have a size chart?

Yes! The size chart can be found on every relevant product page!

2. I'm in between sizes, what do I do?

Our recommendation is for you to compare a shirt/trouser you already own that fits well with our size chart. Our size chart which is located on the product page displays GARMENT measurements not body measurements. This means if you compare your existing item to that chart, you will likely know what size would fit best!

3. What is your size range?

We offer sizes XS - XL and are soon planning to offer expanded sizing options.
